چکیده

Prostate and bladder cancers are the two prevalent urological cancers, several therapeutic options currently available but outcomes have not been satisfactory. To find better option, we investigated if bioactive extracts of monk fruit, mogrosides, with potential anticancer activity might effect against prostate cancer cells. Four commercial products made mogrosides known as Lakantoò (LKT) products, LK1, LK2, LLE, MOG, were then tested. A dose-dependent study at given concentrations four showed that LK1 LK2 had little effects, while LLE MOG a significant cell viability reduction in both PC-3 T24 explore mechanism such cycle analysis was first performed. Such revealed led to G1 arrest. Potential induction endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress next examined because it is be linked The three key regulators involved ER all up-regulated or indicating stress. As also induce apoptosis, this possibility apoptotic modulated specific manner apoptosis. Lastly, validate chemotherapeutic drugs assessed comparison LLE/MOG. None any effects effect. In conclusion, fruit demonstrated cells, significantly reducing ultimately inducing Therefore, these LKT few side may clinical implications treatment cancers.
